WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
Congratulations to total truck training (UK) Ltd who recently conducted an ITSSAR Instructor course for National Express. The 10 day Instructor course was tailor made around the tow tractor. The tractors are based at National Express depots and will be used to help buses, which cannot be started, to move around the depots. National Express commented “The training was extremely comprehensive and well received by everyone who attended
We had a great refresher counterbalance course today with Dean Sherwood. A great instructor / examiner who made us feel comfortable to relax while doing our training. There was also a lot learned from the day. Thank you Dean.
I would just like to say thank you to total truck training for sending two really nice guys for the S-cape (Emergency Rope Evacuation) training from our VNA Man up trucks, everyone who attended the course commented on how both of the guys made them feel at ease. Thank you. Liza
Just a quick note to say thanks for arranging our one day “Train the trainer” refresher course. The course tutor was Ian Orme and he conducted the training in a very relaxed but professional way which was exactly as I expected. It was useful that he brought along Harvey as he was the ideal person to use as a “Guinea pig”. I will need some further escape training to be conducted on my other instructors in a few months and so will be keen to use yours/Ian’s service. Overall and excellent job!!!
Can you thank Dean for supplying my team with excellent training for the Linde truck and the forklift truck ,the feedback from my team was really good, they were very impressed with the courses he delivered and how he delivered them, some of my guys struggle with reading and writing but Dean helped them with the theory side so it would not cause a problem for them (very much appreciated) , he held the theory part of the Linde truck training in our office allowing me to monitor his training as he presented it, excellent excellent excellent he is one of best trainers I’ve been able to witness, my guys do sometimes struggle with training but they all enjoyed the day/days they spent with Dean, and my guys are a very tough crowd to please ..
would like to thank Ian for a fabulous course he conducted for Dave, Gary & Piotr recently. Ian showed compassion and understanding to the trainees throughout the training and nothing was too much trouble! I would have no hesitation in asking Total Truck Training to carry out further training in the future. Thank you, Debs.
4 days through a 5 day course with total truck training UK Ltd and I must say we have had a very good instructor and has made learning on the course very easy seems a good company with good trainers. Very good to be honest after having a good week and others having a good course in previous months I feel the company have gained a lot from using you and the quality of knowledge and truck driver safety has increased.
Can I say again that your instructor (Dean) did the impossible again and got 3 of my team to pass there FLT licence and two of these guys had no experience of driving a FLT truck before so another well done? I would also like to thank the scaffolding instructor (Ian) for the training he gave my team on how to use our Teletower (telescopic tower). I know this was a challenge for him as he had never seen this type of tower before but without this help, advice and guidance on how to use this tower we would of easily been injured attempting to use it. This shows how versatile Ian was being able to train on a piece of kit he’s never seen before so another very big well done again to Total Truck training
Paul & Dan undertake their 2nd day of forklift training with Total Truck Training (UK)Ltd. Excellent and professional instructor - even brought the sunshine with him
Would like to thank total truck training UK Ltd who came to our depot and helped me to believe in myself and pass my Teletruck license. Unfortunately, I was unable to achieve the same result in my Counter balance test but once again the instructor was able to make me confident that I could accomplish that in the future. Thanks guys!
