Total Truck Training is absolutely committed to working with the recommendations set down within the publications produced by the
Health & Safety Executive.
All of our training makes particular reference to Health & Safety at work act 1974, the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER) 1998 and the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) 1998.
The Health and Safety Commissions (HSC) Approved code of practice for rider operated lift trucks operator training (L117) is also strongly recognised by Total Truck Training.
Total Truck Training has a wealth of knowledge at their finger tips via the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and also Mechanical Handling Equipment knowledge via our Instructors. Dedication is foremost to our Instructors to ensure correct procedures are followed and adhered to. Our Instructors are qualified on the specific vehicles you will be training with and have taken an Operators course themselves.
All Instructors have attended an Instructor course of Registration or a refresher course within the last 5 years as recognised by both
- RTITB (Road Transport Industry Training Board)
- ITSSAR (Independent Training Standard Scheme and Register)
Our aim is to make all of our courses enjoyable but not forgetting the importance of correct Fork Lift handling. |
